Poached eggs with onion

Ingredients
6-7 heads (500 g) onion
5 eggs
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
10 peppercorns
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
salt
Method
The onion is peeled, cut into slices and stew in a little water until soft. Add the oil and the pepper. The mixture was stirred and poured into a small pan. Top bruised low eggs. Sprinkle with paprika and salt and baked in the oven.
