Poached eggs with sauce

Ingredients
10 eggs
5-6 peppers
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
salt
pepper
citric acid

Method
In boiling, salted water and acidified carefully placed broken by low and cook eggs until toughen egg white. Remove with latticed spoon and arrange in a wide bowl. Among them put the peppers previously roasted, peeled and cut into strips. In preheated oil fry until golden color flour, then diluted with hot water. The resulting sauce add salt and season to taste with citric acid, boil to thicken and pour over eggs and peppers.
