Ingredients
1 kg pork (ham, sirloin)
1 large sour cabbage
# For the filling:
100 g marinated cucumbers
100 g ham
1-2 hard boiled eggs
100 g mushrooms

Method
The meat is cut into steaks and fuck. The leaves of the cabbage is tear as dolmas. Products for the filling are finely chopped. On cabbage leaf is placed fuck steak and 1-2 tbsp of filling. Arrange in a deep pan pour a little water and bake in the oven.
