Pork chops with mustard sauce

Ingredients
4 steaks
1 stalk leek
3 cloves garlic
100 ml white wine
200 ml cream
salt, pepper
2 tsp mustard
sunflower oil
Method
Chops are fry for 5 minutes on both sides and place on paper to remove excess fat. At the same sunflower oil sauté the chopped leeks and garlic until tender - about 10 minutes. Then add salt, pepper, wine and cream. When the sauce boils, add the finished steak and mustard. Boil for 5 minutes. Can be served with mashed potatoes or French fries. Optional sauce can be made separately from the steaks.
