Pork with green onion and egg

500 g pork (ham)
5 peak. Green onions
100 g sunflower oil
tomatoes 2
2 tbsp tomato paste
3 eggs
2 tbsp flour
parsley, fresh mint
red and black pepper, salt

The meat is washed and dried, cut into pieces and choke together with some of the onions (white part) chopped in fat gray hairs. Then sprinkle with paprika, salt, black pepper and diluted tomato paste. Pour hot water, stir and leave to simmer. soften the meat is added and the other part of the onion cut into pieces about 3 cm. After about 30 minutes, add the mint and the peeled tomatoes chopped. 10-15 minutes after meal is thickened with flour diluted with water allowed a little fire. Finally scrambled eggs Pour slowly trickle to become thread, add the parsley and finely chopped.

Very tasty dish, left lasting memories of my childhood. Even now regularly prepare. Green onions, mint and egg in combination with mestse (either pork, chicken or lamb was) - it's spring classics. Congratulations to Bob. And excellent assessment cooked meal.
