Pork with potatoes and cream sauce

200 g pork (maybe bacon)
50 g marinated mushrooms
4 potatoes
1 onion
1 small carrot
1 clove garlic
30 ml sunflower oil
80 g cream
black pepper, oregano, basil, nutmeg, dried parsley, paprika, salt
Onions, garlic and carrot, chopped, fry in the oil until soft. And then put the chopped mushrooms. Add the meat with spices (but very few spices), without paprika.
