2 tbsp butter
4 thick pork chops (about 200 g each)
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder (or to taste)
1 pm .ch. cream
60 g blue cheese, crumbled

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the pork chops with pepper and garlic powder. Fry the steaks (about 20 to 25 minutes) - are ready when there is no pink in the middle and their juices are not bloody. Turn several times to fry evenly on both sides. Remove the steaks from the pan and add the cream in it, and after 1-2 minutes and the blue cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens (about 5 minutes). Pour the warm sauce over steaks and serve with a garnish optional.
