Potato mini pizzas with larded salami

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
1 onion
2 eggs
200 g flour
nutmeg
salt
200 g larded salami
80 g cheese
3-4 sprigs of parsley
sunflower oil
butter

Method
Cook potatoes in salted water. Peel and smash mashed. Finely chopped onion stew in a little sunflower oil. Drain and mix with mashed potatoes, eggs, flour, nutmeg and salt. Form a thick roll. It is allowed to cool and cut into circles with thickness 3 cm. Received potato mini pizzas are put in greased pan. Spread with butter. On them is evenly distributed diced larded sausage. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated cheese and baked 7-8 minutes to melt the cheese.

Super put in favorites and will soon do!

Many were delicious, although somewhat changed technology - I'm not taking shape puree roll. In baking pan put paper and foil namaslih them and there I shaped puree as crust pizza. Be devoured instantly, thanks a lot for the recipe!
