Potato pekanki with mushrooms

Ingredients
200 g mushrooms
1 sprig rosemary
400 g potatoes (mekovaryasht is variety)
2 eggs
1 tbsp flour
nutmeg optional
3-4 tbsp olive oil
salt
pepper

Method
Mushrooms should be cleaned with a rough towel and cut into very thin slices. In a pan heat the olive oil with rosemary twig, put the mushrooms and add salt. Fry is very short, mushrooms should not be yawning. Remove from heat and put to cool. Cook potatoes with the skins, peel and smash. Leave to cool down. Add the eggs, pepper, salt, flour and nutmeg and stir to a smooth mass. Of mushrooms removing the rosemary and add to potato dough. In a pan with little fat pipette with a large spoon of the mixture is flattened, covered with foil and cook about 3 minutes on each side. Serve warm with a salad for example, sour dressing.

I love the taste, but kind of been my homely. I liked the combination of spices (and put rosemary and nutmeg). Wonderful are quick, light dinner. Mushroom Men give a very pleasant flavor and good taste.

I do not find to be homely - look just like pekanki. Bravo, my dear! :-)

sounds quite tasty and home for all that the potato is celebrated a lot in my first trip to the city buy mushrooms (Potatoes have all heard), and immediately prepared to favorites and now that it does not delve then I search for
