Potato pizza with tomatoes and anchovies

1 kg potatoes
100 g of black olives, pitted
40 g pickled capers
1 onion
500 g tomatoes (maybe canned)
4 anchovy (salted or in olive oil )
1 egg
50 g feta cheese pecorino
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
oregano, pepper
5 tbsp olive oil
breadcrumbs for sprinkling
sprinkling of olive oil
Fish, salted, if allowed to stand in water when in olive oil drain. Cook potatoes in salted water. Peel while hot and Strain. Stir in the grated feta cheese, 1 tbsp breadcrumbs and 3 tbsp olive oil. Mixture and add salt after cool add the egg. Mix well. Onions cut into slices and fry in 2 tbsp olive oil. Add the tomatoes, cut into cubes, a pinch of salt and boil for 15 minutes. In a greased pan with olive oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs distributes half the potato mixture. Pour evenly tomato sauce and sprinkle with chopped olives, capers, drained fish and chopped oregano. Top distributes the other half of the potato mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and olive oil. Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180-200C °.
