Potato salad with beans

Ingredients
1 cup beans
4-5 potatoes
onions 2
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 bunch parsley
salt
Method
The beans are soaked in water and the next day Boil on low heat until soft, then drain . Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, boil in salted water and drain well. Chop finely and triturated with a little salt. Add to the potatoes and beans. The vinegar, the oil and the salt is broken with some of the water in which potatoes are cooked. Vegetables are covered with this mixture and mix well. Salad leaves to cool for two hours. Serve, sprinkled with plenty of chopped parsley.
