Ingredients
2 skinless sausages
4 boiled potatoes
pickles 3
2 sprigs fresh garlic
2 green onions
# For the dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp mustard optional
pinch of sugar
1/2 bunch of dill
100 g feta cheese optional
Method
The products are cut into small cubes and mix. Sprinkled with shattered dressing. Salad is served with a wreath of feta cheese, sprinkled with plenty of dill and decorated with olives.
