Potatoes with pork kidneys and mushrooms in the oven

1 kg potatoes
1 kg pork kidneys
500 g mushrooms
50-60 ml sunflower oil
Winter savory, paprika, black pepper, 1 tbsp salt
1 hour. h. beer
2 cup red wine

First you need to clean the kidneys and wash well - that is, split them and remove excess. Then cut into cubes and washed by washing with vinegar to rob odors.
