Pots with fragrant meat and peppers

Ingredients
1 kg lean pork meat
125 g butter
100 g cheese
onion
3-4 peppers
paprika
cumin
6-7 tbsp mustard
4 eggs
salt
parsley
Method
Cut the meat into cubes for kebabs and sprinkle with salt, parsley, finely chopped onion and pepper. Add chopped peppers, crushed cumin, mustard and stir well. Allow to cool for 5-6 hours. Meat and the butter is distributed in 4 pots and bake topped. Prepare topping by 1 beaten egg for every pot and a little before removing from the oven are covered with it, sprinkle with grated cheese and pepper to taste. Bake without the lid until ready.
