Pretzels with cream cheese

Ingredients
250 g feta cheese
250 g butter or margarine
1 tsp (5 g) salt
1 tbsp (10 g) powdered sugar
600 g flour
caraway
1 egg yolk

Method
The butter, the feta cheese, salt and sugar are squashed, added to the flour, and kneaded to obtain a soft dough medium. Grindstone crust with a thickness of 0.5 cm, cut into pieces, coated with egg yolk, sprinkle with caraway seeds and bake in a moderate oven.
