Pretzels with skinless sausages and cheese

Ingredients
1 packet of thin wafers
12 medium skinless sausages
75 g feta cheese
75 g butter
2 eggs

Method
The feta cheese is crushed and mixed with one egg and egg whites the second. The butter melts. Each skin is smeared lightly with the butter and sprinkled with a little egg mixture. In the two shorter sides is placed in a skinless sausage. They wrap the two long sides of the tray. Again, is coated with butter and sheet is wound by two shorter end towards the middle. Where they gather, replace egg mixture. So wrapped skinless sausages arranged in a baking dish, pre-greased with butter, and smeared the rest of the yolk. Bake in a moderate oven. Once cool pretzels before served, each piece is cut into 8 parts.
