Ingredients
5 tomatoes
2 peppers
1 cucumber
150 g green beans
1 small lettuce
100 g small black olives
2 red onion
3 eggs
12 anchovy fillets
125 ml olive oil
2 cloves garlic
the juice of one lemon
1 tbsp vinegar
pepper, salt
Method
Eggs boiled 10 minutes and after cool cut into quarters. One tomato peeled and pureed. Cloves garlic pressed with a little salt and they were slowly added olive oil. Stir until homogeneous. To this was added the lemon juice, vinegar, pureed tomato and pepper. Stir caviar. Other tomatoes sliced ​​and peppers into strips. Lettuce is washed and dried and broken into pieces. Peel the cucumber and cut into discs. Cut the onion rings. Green beans boiled in salted water and cool with cold water. Tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, green beans, lettuce, olives, anchovy fillets and eggs are mixed in a bowl. Pour the sauce and gently mix. Salad garnished with onion circles.
