Pudding with Apples

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 apples
1/2 cup melted butter
cream or coconut flour
Method
Eggs beat with 1 cup sugar until the mixture turns white. Add gradually while stirring the milk, breadcrumbs, grated apples and melted butter. The whole was mixed well and poured into a shape or a small tray, which pre caramelized 1/2 cup sugar and pour over the walls well with it. Bake in a moderate oven and immediately after removal turned into the cake pan. Decorate with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated coconut.
