Pumpkin Bread

3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 and 1/2 tsp yeast
1 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil (or another sunflower oil)
# spreads:
yolk 1
2 tbsp butter
walnuts for handles * *

Of flour, water, salt, sugar, yeast and olive oil is kneaded soft dough. Leave to rise for about an hour. Divide into 10 portions, each formed as a ball and lightly pressed to flatten slightly. Using a sharp knife, make 8 threads each loaf, leaving the center intact. In the center of the pita is made hole, this is where we put the handle. The rolls are arranged in a tray covered with baking paper. Leave to rise for about an hour. In souring holes are filled, and must be made again. The oven is heated to 175S. rolls are coated with egg yolk beaten with 2 tbsp water. This gives them a nice shiny crust. In the hole put 1/4 walnut nut to handle. Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. By subtracting are coated with the butter. * rolls can be made from your favorite dough.
