Puree roasted peppers and tomatoes with cheese

Ingredients
1 kg peppers
5 tomatoes
1 cup feta cheese - grated
5 cloves garlic
3 tbsp sunflower oil or olive oil
1 tsp salt
Puree roasted peppers and tomatoes with cheese

Method
Peppers baked, peel and cleared from seed, then pass. Tomatoes grated and added to the pod. Add the feta cheese, chopped garlic, salt and the oil. Stir until a homogeneous slurry.

Fresh and traditional summer appetizer, like us much. Blend tomatoes and roasted peppers with some chillies. I added the crumbled cheese, crushed garlic and balsamic vinegar and put a little green herbs.
