Rabbit leg with white sauce

Ingredients
1 rabbit leg
4 cloves garlic, pressed
4 tbsp yogurt
4 tbsp cottage cheese
cumin
salt
# For the sauce:
2 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp cottage cheese
garlic
paprika
Method
Leg is boned and soak in water and vinegar for 2-3 hours. Well rinse meat thoroughly smeared with a paste made of equal parts yogurt and cottage cheese with added spices to taste. Wind up in foil and bake at 120-150 C oven an hour and a half. The meat is broken into chunks and pour cream sauce prepared from mixed products. Optional sprinkle with dill before serving.
