Rhodope kavarma beef

Ingredients
500 g boneless beef shoulder
150 g mushrooms
100 g cheese
4 eggs
5-6 onions
1 green pepper
tomato 1
1 cup sunflower oil
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp savory
pepper
salt
parsley for sprinkling

Method
Diced meat fry until golden in half of the oil. Then the pot was capped and meat stew. Chop in large pieces mushrooms - slices and tomatoes and peppers - small pieces. Chop the mushrooms and fry the rest of the oil, add the tomato and pepper and leave to cook under cover. Stew meat mixed with vegetables, pour hot water and seasoned with salt, pepper, herbs and pepper. Mix and simmer about 10 minutes. The mixture is transferred into clay pots, sprinkle with grated cheese and in every pot breaks an egg. Put to constipation for a short while eggs are veiled, and served.
