Ribbons with leeks

Ingredients
100 g smoked brisket
1 stalk leek
3 cloves garlic
400 g pasta ribbons
salt
2 tbsp butter
100 ml vegetable broth
pepper
100 g grated cheese
3 tbsp chopped parsley
Method
Cut the breasts into thin strips, leeks into strips 5 cm in length. Boil the pasta as directed on package. We heated the butter and stirring continuously Fry chest. Add the leeks and crushed garlic, stir, pour broth and stew for 5 minutes over medium heat until ready products. Add the drained pasta and stir. Serve the dish sprinkled with grated cheese and parsley.

Good suggestion. Parsley does not accept it, but that's my taste.
