Rice cake in Liege

Ingredients
1 cup (200 g) rice
600 ml milk
pinch of salt
2 tbsp (20 g) sugar
300-400 g highly chilled puff pastry
250 g coconut biscuits
1/4 cup (50 ml) rum
2 tbsp (20 g) powdered sugar
Method
Rice is boiled in milk and salt, add sugar. Greased with butter form covered with puff pastry. Biscuits soaked in rum, spread out on a layer of dough on top and pour the cooked rice. Place in preheated oven and bake 25-30 minutes (until golden brown). Before presenting sprinkle with powdered sugar.
