Rice with ham and vegetables

Ingredients
300 g rice
200 g fresh ham or sausage of your choice
500 g frozen vegetables of your choice
1 onion
30 g butter
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
pepper

Method
Finely chopped onion fry in the oil. Add well wash the rice and continue frying until the rice is transparent. Sausage cut into cubes and put in the rice. Lightly fry and immediately put vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, peppers, etc.). Insert the butter, 900 ml hot water, salt and pepper to taste and leave to simmer until the rice absorb water. It may be put in the oven after being put water .
