Rise banitsi

Ingredients
500 g of yogurt (can milk or water)
yeast as two matches
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 cup pork lard or sunflower oil
about 1 kg of flour
Method
Involved soft dough. Roll out the crust thickness of 0.5-1 cm. Cut in the shape of circles. In the middle put feta cheese circles and stick. Spread the banitsi with yolk and bake.
