Ingredients
2 apples
4 tsp jam (hip or orange)
2 cup apple juice
2 egg whites
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp finely chopped roasted almonds
Method
Peel the apples, cut them into two halves and clean them from the core. Cook them no more than 10 minutes in apple juice until soft light. Drain thoroughly, place them on a tray covered with baking paper and put in the middle of each one teaspoon of marmalade. Turn the oven to heat up to 180 C, and in that time, beat well (preferably with a mixer) both egg whites of snow. Add to these the brown sugar and mix again - sugar has completely dissolved. Finally put in almonds and egg mixture. Very carefully, using a spoon, cover the surface of apples with egg whites and then check to constipation for about 8 minutes until browned slightly.
