Roasted chicken with honey-lemon glaze

1 chicken
2 carrots
1 onion
1 head of garlic
3 tbsp butter
# For glaze:
1 lemon
1/4 cup honey
2 onions
3 tbsp butter
50 ml white wine

Preparation of glaze: melting the butter in a pan. Cut the lemon into small pieces and put it in the pan to smother. Add chopped onion and honey. Season with thyme. Pour the wine.
