Roasted noodles with cream

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (300 g) flour
5 eggs
milk
salt
30 g butter
200 g cream
3 tbsp (30 g) sugar
lemon peel
salt
butter spreads
breadcrumbs for sprinkling
Method
It is hard dough sifted flour, 2 eggs, milk and salt. Roll out the crust, allow to dry and cut into noodles. Boil in salted water and strain. Mix softened butter with the sugar, gradually add the egg yolks, 3 tablespoons cream and lemon peel, place the boiled noodles and finally shattered solid whites. Spread the mixture into a greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form, pour cream and bake.
