Roasted peppers with fresh milk

Ingredients
1 kg green peppers
salt
2-3 tbsp flour
sunflower oil for frying
parsley
500 ml milk

Method
Peppers baked, peel and add salt. Rolled in flour and fry. Arrange in a deep dish, each row sprinkle with plenty of chopped parsley. In frying pan by pouring milk and boil 4-5 minutes. Add salt and pour over peppers. Court covered with a lid. Serve at the earliest after 30 minutes.
