Roasted peppers - II type (with reverse)

Ingredients
peppers
2 aspirin
1 tsp salt
Method
Peppers are washed and cleaned of seed. In preheated in the oven jar rank hot roasted peppers. During the filling the jar wrapped with a cloth so as not to cool. Sprinkle powdered aspirin and salt closes and hot jar turned and held until completely cool. The amounts in this recipe are for 1 liter jar.

They are very tasty and durable these peppers. Winter then taken out and peel. Little different from just baked. I've had them before. While filling the jar on it always have cap. It is best to have two people in making that preserves and operates with 2 Pepper roaster. Put 1 fuzzy aspirin bottom and 1 fuzzy aspirin top. Close and turn cap in baking pan and baking pan itself is in the oven at 100 degrees for about 1 hour. Then taken out and again cap until cool.
