Roll with cottage cheese and walnuts

Ingredients
200 g cottage cheese
400 g flour
250 g margarine
10 ml vinegar
5 g salt
200 g walnuts
20 ml lemon juice
2 vanilla
1 egg
50 g powdered sugar
Method
Of flour, margarine, vinegar and salt and water is cooked dough. The cottage cheese is passaged through thick sieve. The walnuts baked until golden, digest, add vanilla, lemon juice and mix well with the cottage cheese. Roll out the dough on a board sprinkled with flour to 3-4 mm thick, sprinkle with filling and forming a roll. Smeared with egg and bake in a moderate oven. Finished roll sprinkled with powdered sugar.
