Roll of veal

Ingredients
800 g veal
140 g ham
140 g cheese
6 tbsp sunflower oil
100 g bacon
4 cloves garlic
2 onions
8 tomatoes
250 ml meat broth
4 tbsp lemon juice
salt
Method
Veal cut lengthwise, fuck him and put one end ham and cheese. Sprinkle with pepper. Roll up the meat roll and tied with thread. Bake in a baking dish with half sunflower oil and a little water about 30 minutes. Diced bacon and fry it in the rest of sunflower oil. Crushed garlic salt and onion chopped. Add them to the bacon, fry until soft. Peel the tomatoes, cut them into cubes and add to the bacon and onion. Pour broth and lemon juice. Cut, add salt and pepper roll. Pour it with the sauce.
