Roulades with vegetables

Ingredients
12 thin beef steak
2 small zucchini
2 carrots
1 stalk leek
100 g breadcrumbs
50 g feta cheese Parmesan
salt, pepper, olive oil
Method
Wash the vegetables, clean them and cut them into thin strips. Fry (stew) in a pan over high heat with a little olive oil. Divide vegetables 12 bundles. Each salted steak put the vegetables, roll and pinch with a toothpick to not open. Arrange the roulades in the pan and pour a little olive oil, salt and pepper. In a small bowl mix the breadcrumbs with grated feta cheese. With this mixture sprinkle roulades and bake them for 20 minutes at 220 C.
