Salad with chicken and blue cheese

Ingredients
1 lettuce
1 red apple
50 g walnuts
2 cooked chicken breasts
# For the dressing:
2 tbsp white wine vinegar and olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice and Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp sugar, a pinch of cayenne pepper
30 g crumbled blue cheese
# To decorate:
50 g of crumbled blue cheese
Method
Apple is cleaned from the core and cut into quarters. Sprayed with lemon juice. The leaves of the lettuce were washed and dried, and then placed in a dish. Place top apple quarters and half walnuts. Cut the meat into small pieces and add to bowl. All products are broken dressing well. This salad dressing watered. Sprinkle top with remaining walnuts and crumbled blue cheese.
