Boil macaroni in salted water. Do not stick in boiling in water put a few drops of sunflower oil. Cooked pasta is drained in a colander and rinse with cold water. Put the pasta in a bowl, add the diced skinless sausages and pickles, and mayonnaise and mix. Optional can be seasoned with black pepper.
