Ingredients
2 canned mackerel in vegetable oil (about 300-400 g)
2 eggs
2 boiled potatoes
1 large sour apple
2-3 pickles
125 g mayonnaise
salt
1/2 lemon
pepper
Method
Potatoes, apples, cucumbers, eggs and fish are cut into small pieces, pour with mayonnaise and mix. Salad garnish with slices of lemon or circles.
