Ingredients
300 g sausage
100 g cheese
50 g butter
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
celery
1 pepper Kamba
4 tomatoes
basil or savory
Method
Cut chopped onion , garlic, celery and bell. Smothered in the butter and 2 tablespoons water until tender. Add grated tomatoes and spices. Boil on low heat to thickened sauce. Sliced ​​sausage ranks in a baking dish and bake in the oven. Pour the sauce and cover with cheese, cut into thin slices. Bake is until pozachervi. Serve as soon as out of the oven.
