Ingredients
6 tbsp (60 ml) sunflower oil
6 tbsp yogurt
200 g feta cheese
500 g spinach
2 eggs
Flour
caraway
pinch of salt
1 tsp (5 g) baking soda bicarbonate
60 g butter

Method
To yogurt add the eggs, stir, add while stirring the oil, the feta cheese, diced, pre-steamed spinach, caraway, salt, baking soda and flour until a thick porridge . Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish and place top pieces of butter. Bake in preheated oven.

Brilliant cake! Soda mix with yogurt and then add other products. Very fast and easy to make, mix everything with a spoon by hand. Flour is about 2 cups Can be done with any zelenishi. I did it with salt bush without getting choked, just blanch for 1 minute in boiling salted water and then immediately cooled the cold water. As cake, muffins or pan - is great!
