Scottish buns Bapsi

Ingredients
3 and 1/2 cup flour
175 ml milk
175 ml water
20 g fresh yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp milk spreads
Method
Yeast and sugar are dissolved in milk and water, leave to rise . Add salt. The flour is sieved and the medium was done well. The liquid is poured gradually and knead smooth dough. The dough is placed in a bowl, cover with a cloth and leave to rise. The risen dough is knead lightly on flour surface and is divided into 8 balls. They are formed of buns and arrange in a greased baking pan, cover with a cloth and wait to rise. The buns are coated with milk and sprinkle with a little flour. Bake in preheated oven. Finished buns covered with cloth almost stew.
