1 liter of boiled milk
2 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp semolina
1 cup cream
2 tbsp icing sugar for mixing cream
2 tbsp fruit jam or well drained fruit compote
2 tbsp rum or cognac
The fruits of sweet drip of syrup and if necessary cut, pour rum or brandy . Sugar is caramelized. Warm milk poured on caramelised sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves, add semolina and stirring continuously, boil to thicken. Distribute into portions and cooled.
