1 liter of boiled milk
2 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp semolina
1 cup cream
2 tbsp icing sugar for mixing cream
2 tbsp fruit jam or well drained fruit compote
2 tbsp rum or cognac
The fruits of sweet drip of syrup and if necessary cut, pour rum or brandy . Sugar is caramelized. Warm milk poured on caramelised sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves, add semolina and stirring continuously, boil to thicken. Distribute into portions and cooled. Garnish with shattered to fluffy cream, scatter the fruit and serve. When serving sprinkle with rum, in which soak the fruits of sweet.
