about 1 kg shrimps - raw or frozen
1 chili pepper
1/2 head garlic
1/4 bunch fresh coriander

Shrimps Wash and clean better than veins, if frozen are thawed and washed nice. In a bowl, squeeze the juice from the limes, add salt, pepper, olive oil, chopped coriander, chopped chili pepper, which previously we remove seeds and finely chopped garlic. Optional can grate a bit of the sheet of the lime marinade. All this is poured into the cleaned shrimp, stirred nice and allowed to marinate for about no more than 1-2 hours. Then strung on skewers and bake on the BBQ for 1-2 minutes per side until they are pale pink. Cooking shrimp still little and having removed from the fire so we should not overdo them because many are tough. * Incredibly easy and delicious worth trying. I know that some people are afraid of the taste of coriander, but believe the taste is incredible.
