Skewers with chicken and lobster

Ingredients
200 g chicken fillet
1 queue of crawfish
salt
pepper
oil
250 g mayonnaise
tomato paste
2 cloves garlic
Method
Curry chicken and crawfish tail is cut into equal pieces, spice with salt and pepper to taste and strung on a wooden skewer. Baked on BBQ, by turning 4-5 times and smeared with olive oil. Mayonnaise mixed with a little tomato paste and crushed garlic. Skewers served as sprinkled with curry flavor and topped with mayonnaise sauce.
