2 chicken breasts (about 500 g)
2 chillies
2 tbsp chili sauce
sunflower oil
juice of 4 limes
2.s.l chopped parsley
salt, black pepper

Chicken meat is washed with cold water, dried and cut into small pieces. Ground with a food processor or meat grinder. Chopped peppers are added to the meat with the sauce. Of minced meat oval shape 12 balls and prick of kebabs. Tray cover with aluminum Greased foil. Skewers are arranged and bake on the middle row in a preheated 180-degree oven 20-25 minutes. For the sauce mix lime juice, salt, pepper and coriander.

I want to clarify that in the haste I did not read properly and I mixed everything at once on skewers and separately made yoghurt sauce (yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic powder and dill). Instead I used chili barbecue sauce, peppers I had baked and canned. Still get a very tasty and perhaps thanks to the sauce skewers were not dry :) Well, in the middle of cooking I had to pull out the baking pan and pour the sauce, which is released during cooking, otherwise the skewers would suffocate :)
