Ingredients
          2 eggs
          250 g of milk
          60 g butter
          1 tsp salt
          1 tsp sugar
          40 g fresh yeast
          flour for soft dough
          skinless sausages
          chutney
          # spreads:
          1 tbsp yogurt
          1 tbsp sunflower oil
          1 egg yolk
              Method
              In the warm milk dissolve yeast with sugar. Add beaten eggs, melted butter, salt and mix a soft dough. Kneads 3-4 minutes or fight in the table 50 times. Without waiting to rise to sharpen crust 4-5 mm thick and cut strips 4.5 cm wide. These bands are wrapped half skinless sausage, as both ends are placed in a 1 tsp chutney. The shaped hot dog smeared with beaten yolk, 1 tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp sunflower oil. Waiting to rise and bake until browned in a moderate oven.
