Soup balls with boiled soup thickener

250 g minced meat
1/3 cup rice
egg 1
1 small onion
1 carrot
1 pepper (optional)
1-2 tomatoes
1/4 connection and 1 root parsley
pepper, salt
1 tbsp flour
1 cup yogurt

Pre-boil in salted water and fat, chopped half a head onions, carrots, peppers and parsley root. Prepare a mixture of marbles, as minced meat is added to the other half finely chopped onion, a small part of the white of an egg, pepper and 1/4 of the washed rice. From the mixture form small balls, rolled in flour and placed in the boiling brew. After about 20 minutes (when the balls come to the surface) add the remaining rice and grated or chopped tomatoes (and I add 1-2 handfuls of chopped vermicelli). Boil for 15 minutes. Required zastroyvam boiled soup thickener yogurt, flour and egg. Boiled soup thickener gives a good density and flavor of the soup. Finally sprinkle with chopped parsley. BUILD cooked soups and meals: In the court with a rounded bottom mix the egg, yogurt and flour. Mix until a homogeneous mixture and diluted with a little hot broth soup / dish. Put the mixture on fire and stirring constantly until you feel compression and start gently gurgling. Then re-diluted with broth from the soup / dish and again heated to boiling while stirring. To the already finished soup thickener can add vinegar or lemon juice and add to soup or dish for which it was intended.
