Soup balls - IV type

Ingredients
250 g minced meat
1/3 cup rice
1 carrot
3 potatoes
350-400 g yogurt
1 tbsp flour with tip
1 cube chicken broth
1 onion
1 stalk leek (white part)
cumin, pepper
pepper
presem parsley

Method
Chopped carrots, onions and leeks put in a saucepan and pour 2 liters of water. Add grated potatoes and cube broth. Boil, boil water after 15 minutes. During this time, the minced meat is kneaded with rice. In dish arrange the marbles without rolled in flour. Take a ladle of boiling broth and steamed balls on the plate, so they themselves slide into the soup. Leave to turn and marbles. Mix well yogurt. In bowl, stir flour and yoghurt and a thin stream is added to the soup. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

I personally only tag January cook this soup :)

here today prepared without leek and balls, made them only with mince it seemed to me quite delicious.
