Soup of fresh onions with cheese

Ingredients
1 bunch spring onions
3 tbsp vegetable oil
20 g butter
1/3 cup Rice
100 g feta cheese
1/2 bunch parsley
1 egg
1 tbsp flour
6 cups Water
salt
Method
Onions are cleaned, washed and cut into 2 cm long. Together with rice boiled in lightly salted water. Soup to add the feta cheese, crumbled into chunks. Keep boiling soup is removed from the heat and thicken with boiled soup thickener. Serve with chopped parsley and small piece of butter. Note: Boiled soup thickener is prepared as flour, yogurt and egg is broken. Dilute 1/3 cup water or broth. Place the container on fire and soup thickenerta stirred until boiling for her.
