Ingredients
50 ml olive oil
3 onions
3 potatoes
carrots 3
3 zucchini
2 leeks onion
3 tomatoes
250 g bacon
1-2 bouillon cubes
salt
lemon juice
Method
Olive oil is heated, it fry the chopped onion. Add chopped vegetables and bacon. After saute, pour broth dissolved in water. Allow to boil. Kotlonat is reduced to the lowest level and the soup simmer for 1 hour. Add salt and lemon juice to taste.
