Soup with salo in Tyrolean

Ingredients
100 g colorful salo
1 onion
2 tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
parsley
salt
pepper
fat
1 tsp (5 g) flour
500 ml meat broth
3-4 slices of white bread
Method
Salo, onions, garlic and tomatoes and finely chopped with parsley, spices and flour fry. Make the meat broth, allow to boil and served with fried bread cubes.
